Ordered on a Friday and delivered the following Friday. In 2023 we are generally delivered within 72 hours especially since delivery is made within 24 hours by colissimo but not being in a hurry no worries.
Very responsive customer service: not seeing the status change I contacted them, response within 2 hours which is very appreciable.

NEGATIVE: Just, I noticed that the buttons tend to come off quite easily, so you have to be a little more careful when putting it on. Aside from that, it's a nice article that I'll probably wear all winter.
